We recognize that occasionally clients may need to cancel and reschedule an appointment. We kindly ask that clients provide a minimum of twenty-four hours advanced notification of the need to cancel an appointment. Notification provided less than twenty-four hours prior to an appointment will necessitate a cancellation fee in the amount of $75. Multiple service appointments require forty-eight hour advanced notification of a cancellation, a fee of $150 will be assessed if a client provides less than a forty-eight hour notification.
In the event of recurring cancellations, our clients will be asked to pay for their desired service(s) in advance of booking their appointment.
